School Building Inspection

Vantage UAV conducted a comprehensive drone survey of a school building during half-term to assess structural condition and support maintenance planning.

South Lakes - Housing Estate Inspection

Vantage UAV was employed to carry out a full-coverage roof and upper surface inspection across the entire estate, totalling 14 blocks. The accuracy, flexibility and access drones can offer are unparalleled, meaning access challenges and hard-to-reach areas across the estate were easily overcome.

NCH - Terraced Housing Inspection

An individual terraced house in central Nottingham was suffering from extreme damp throughout the first-floor bedrooms, leading to internal damage being caused. Vantage UAV’s ability to capture a bird’s eye view of the property resulted in issues being easily identified, with previously unknown roof damage being discovered.

St Luke's Church - 3D Model

Yorkshire Housing were advised to undertake a full roof replacement costing c. £350k. Vantage UAV's drone inspection & 3D model revealed only c. £50k of work was required - an 85.7% cost saving!
